Exercise & Fitness
Health Class (건강교실)
This class is helpful for seniors to live healthy. We meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 11:00 to 11:30 AM.
Able Exercise (체조)
This exercise program is great for seniors of all fitness levels. The workout can be modified to your level of fitness. We meet Mondays from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.
Line Dancing (라인댄스)
Learn steps needed to begin line dancing or advanced steps if you are experienced. This is an enjoyable way to get a great workout. Line Dancing meets Mondays and Wednesdays, 1-2 PM.
Walk (걷기 운동)
Walking will give you only one thing: a better life-walking is good for you! This Program has excellent opportunities for those who enjoy walking for leisure or fitness. Wear comfortable shoes and bring your water bottle. Our walking club meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00-11:00 AM.
Creative & Recreation
Arts & Crafts (공예)
You will enjoy the group whether you are a beginner or experienced craftsman. This class meets on Mondays and Wednesday from 11:00 to 11:30 AM.
Knitting Class (뜨개질)
Create beautiful works of art with other members. Knitting class meets on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
Join this group for some fun to music.? This group meets Mondays and Wednesdays, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
Join this group to enjoy various games. This group meets on Mondays and Wednesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
English Class (영어)
You are not too old to learn English. Don’t hesitate to join this class. We meet on Wednesday from 12:00 to 1:00 PM.
Religion Class (종교)
Join this Bible study class. This class meets on Mondays and Wednesday from 2:00 to 3:00 PM.
Computer Class (컴퓨터)
For a better life, take this class. This class helps you to surf internet, use email, and play games with a computer. We meet on Wednesday from 11:00 to 12:00
